To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Clients retain ownership of all content, images, and materials provided to Webgalex. Clients grant us a license to use these materials for the duration of the project.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Webgalex retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and pre-existing intellectual property.
We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional charge for 30 days after project completion.
Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, search engine rankings, or business outcomes.
Webgalex's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
